Displaying accepted payment methods
Show customers which in-store payment methods you accept — cash, EFTPOS, Apple Pay, and more.

Overview
When a customer chooses Pay in store during booking, BookerBat can display the payment method logos you accept — so they know exactly what to bring to their appointment. This removes any awkward surprises at checkout.
Setting your accepted payment methods
- 1.Go to Dashboard → Settings and scroll to Payment Methods.
- 2.Toggle on each method you accept in store. Options include:
- Cash - EFTPOS / Card reader - Apple Pay - Google Pay - Bank transfer - PayPal
- 1.Click Save changes.
Where these appear
The logos you select appear on the Pay in store step of your customer booking flow, right before they confirm their appointment.
Tip: Only show the methods you genuinely accept. If you toggle on Apple Pay but don't have a contactless reader, customers will arrive expecting to tap their phone and be disappointed.
