Overview
Once your services and staff are set up, your booking page is ready. Here's what the customer journey looks like — and what happens on your end.
What the customer does
- 1.They open your booking link (see Sharing your booking link).
- 2.They select a service from your service list.
- 3.They pick a staff member (or accept whoever is available).
- 4.They choose a date and time from the available slots.
- 5.They enter their name, phone number, email address (if not set for email OTP in customer verification settings) and an optional Notes.
- 6.They choose a payment method — pay in store or pay online by card (if you have Stripe set up).
- 7.They accept to receive booking confirmation and confirms the booking.
If you have email verification enabled, the customer receives a one-time code to verify their email before the booking is confirmed.
What you see
- •A new booking appears instantly on your Dashboard under Upcoming Bookings.
- •The booking also appears on your Calendar page and Bookings page.
- •If the customer provided their email, they receive an automatic confirmation email.
Tip: You can also create bookings yourself from the admin side — go to the Dashboard and click Add Appointment button on the top right corner.
