Going live — sharing your booking link

Overview

Your booking page is always live and ready to take bookings. All you need to do is share the link with your customers — it works on any device.

Finding your booking link

1. 1.Go to Admin account → Business Settings.
2. 2.Your booking page URL is shown at the top — it looks like bookerbat.com/book/[your-id].
3. 3.Click Copy button to copy it to your clipboard.

Where to share it

• •Instagram bio — paste the link in your bio so followers can book directly.
• •Google Business Profile — add it as your "Appointment URL" so it appears in Google Search and Maps.
• •Facebook page — add a Book Now button linking to your booking page.
• •Your own website — paste it as a button or link on your site.
• •SMS / WhatsApp — send it directly to customers who call or message you.

Setting up your Business Website (Pro plan)

If you're on the Pro plan, you can also publish a branded website page at bookerbat.com/website/[your-slug]. This page shows your business info, services, and a Book Now button — great if you don't have a website of your own.

1. 1.Go to Admin account → My Website.
2. 2.Set your page address (slug) - the unique name that appears in your website link.
3. 3.Add your business Tag line and photos.
4. 4.Toggle Website is live to publish it.
5. 5.Click Copy link to share your website URL.

Tip: Your website page includes your service list with categories. Customers can browse and click straight through to book a specific service.
