Automatically sent to customers the moment their booking is confirmed — here's what it includes and when it goes out.

Overview

The booking confirmation email is the first thing a customer receives after their appointment is booked. It reassures them the booking was successful and gives them all the details they need in one place.

When it's sent

The confirmation email is sent immediately when a booking is confirmed — whether the customer booked online themselves or you created the booking manually from your admin dashboard.

If OTP verification is enabled, the email is sent after the customer successfully enters their verification code.

What it contains

  • •Your business name and logo
  • •The customer's name
  • •Service name and duration
  • •Staff member assigned
  • •Appointment date and time (in the business timezone)
  • •Your business address
  • •A summary of the payment method selected

Which plan is required?

The booking confirmation email is available on all plans, including Free.

Does the customer need to provide their email?

Yes — a confirmation email is only sent if the customer provided an email address when booking. If no email was entered, no confirmation is sent.

Tip: Enabling email OTP verification (Starter & Pro) effectively makes email mandatory, since customers must enter a valid email to receive their verification code. This ensures every customer gets a confirmation automatically.
