Business hours and closed days

Control which days and hours customers can book by setting your business operating hours.

Overview

Business hours define when your booking page shows available slots. Outside your set hours, no booking slots are offered — so customers can only book during times when you're actually open.

Setting your business hours

  1. 1.Go to Dashboard → Settings and scroll to Business Hours.
  2. 2.For each day of the week, toggle it on if you're open that day or off if you're closed.
  3. 3.For each open day, set your opening time and closing time.
  4. 4.Click Save changes.

Booking slots will only appear within these hours. For example, if you close at 5:00 PM, no slots will be offered that start after your last service could finish by 5:00 PM.

Setting different hours for different days

Each day has its own start and end time, so you can set shorter hours on Saturdays, close entirely on Sundays, or have different hours for any day of the week.

What about individual staff hours?

Business hours set the overall boundary for your booking page. Individual staff working hours are managed through each employee's profile. A slot only appears as available if:

  • •It falls within business hours, and
  • •The assigned staff member is working and not on leave
Tip: If you want to close early on a specific day without changing your regular hours, use a blocked slot on the Calendar instead of changing your business hours settings. That way your regular hours stay intact for future weeks.
