Set your country, timezone, and currency correctly — these affect how booking times are displayed and how payments are recorded.

Your location, timezone, and currency settings are some of the most important in BookerBat. Getting them wrong can cause booking times to appear incorrectly for customers or payments to be recorded in the wrong currency.
All booking times — in your dashboard, on the booking page, and in customer emails — are shown in this timezone.
Your currency is used throughout BookerBat — in service prices, payment records, receipts, and Analytics figures.
BookerBat uses your business timezone as the single source of truth. Booking slots are always shown in your local time. If you serve customers who are in a different timezone, they will see appointment times in your business timezone — so it's worth making this clear on your booking page description.
Tip: If you set up your account from home but your business operates in a different timezone, make sure you set the business timezone — not your personal one. An incorrect timezone is the most common cause of bookings appearing at the wrong time.
