Upload your business logo and a banner image to make your booking page look professional and on-brand.

Overview

A professional logo and banner image make your booking page feel like a natural extension of your brand rather than a generic form. Both are available on Starter and Pro plans.

Uploading your logo

  1. 1.Go to Dashboard → Settings and scroll to Branding.
  2. 2.Click Upload logo and select an image from your device.
  3. 3.Click Save changes.

Your logo appears in the header of your booking page and on your business website page (if you have one). It is displayed as a square with rounded corners, so a square image works best — ideally at least 200×200px.

Uploading a banner image

Your banner is the large image displayed at the top of your booking page, behind your business name and description.

  1. 1.Go to Dashboard → Settings and scroll to Branding.
  2. 2.Click Upload banner.
  3. 3.Use the crop tool to select the area of the image you want to show.
  4. 4.Click Apply crop then Save changes.

A wide landscape image works best for the banner — something like 1200×400px or wider.

Banner text colours

If your banner image is dark, the default light text colour may be hard to read — or vice versa. You can adjust the text colour overlaid on the banner:

  1. 1.In the Branding section, find the Banner title colour and Banner description colour settings.
  2. 2.Click each colour swatch to pick a colour that contrasts well with your banner image.
  3. 3.Click Save changes.

Which plan is required?

Logo and banner uploading are available on Starter and Pro plans. On the Free plan, your booking page uses the default BookerBat styling without custom images.

Tip: If you don't have a professional logo yet, a clean text-based image with your business name works well as a temporary logo. Many free tools like Canva can help you create a simple one in minutes.
