Overview
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from your dashboard. Payment is handled securely through Stripe — BookerBat never stores your card details.
How to upgrade
- 1.Go to Dashboard → Subscription in the sidebar.
- 2.Review the plan options — Starter and Pro — and choose the one that fits your business.
- 3.Select your billing period — monthly or yearly (yearly saves you approximately two months compared to monthly).
- 4.Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
- 5.You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your payment details.
- 6.Once payment is confirmed, your plan upgrades immediately.
What happens to my trial?
If you upgrade during your free trial, the trial ends and your paid plan begins immediately. You won't lose any data or settings.
What happens to features if I don't upgrade?
When your trial ends and you haven't upgraded, your account moves to the Free plan automatically. Features that are only available on paid plans — such as online card payments, Analytics, and your business website — will be paused until you upgrade. Your data is preserved and will become accessible again as soon as you upgrade.
Tip: If you're unsure between Starter and Pro, consider whether you need Analytics and your own website page. Those two features alone are often the deciding factor for most businesses.
