Overview

When you upgrade to a paid plan, you can choose to be billed monthly or yearly. Both options give you exactly the same features — the difference is price and commitment.

Monthly billing

  • •Charged once per month on your billing date.
  • •You can cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • •No long-term commitment — good if you're still evaluating or your business is seasonal.

Yearly billing

  • •Charged once per year as a single payment.
  • •Equivalent to getting approximately two months free compared to paying monthly for 12 months.
  • •Best value if you're confident BookerBat is the right long-term fit for your business.

Switching between monthly and yearly

You can switch from monthly to yearly (or vice versa) from the Subscription page in your dashboard. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

When does billing renew?

Your billing date is set when you first subscribe. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th of the month, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month (or once a year on that date for yearly plans). You can see your next billing date on the Subscription page.

Tip: If you sign up near the end of a month, the first charge covers a short prorated period. Your regular billing cycle then starts from the 1st of the following month.
