The SMS add-on
Add SMS text message verification to your Pro plan so customers receive their booking OTP by text instead of email.

Overview
The SMS add-on is an optional extra available on the Pro plan that enables SMS OTP verification — customers receive their one-time booking verification code as a text message instead of (or in addition to) email. This is useful for businesses where customers are more likely to see a text than check their inbox quickly.
Availability
The SMS add-on is currently available for businesses in the United States and Canada only.
How to enable the SMS add-on
- 1.Go to Dashboard → Settings → Customer Verification.
- 2.Select SMS OTP as your verification method.
- 3.If the add-on is not yet active, you'll be prompted to enable it.
- 4.Click Enable SMS add-on — you'll be taken to a Stripe checkout to add the recurring add-on charge to your subscription.
- 5.Once confirmed, SMS verification is active immediately.
Billing
The SMS add-on is billed as a separate recurring charge added to your existing Pro plan subscription. It renews on the same billing date as your main subscription. The cost is shown on the enable screen before you confirm.
How to cancel the SMS add-on
If you no longer need SMS verification, you can remove the add-on without cancelling your Pro plan:
- 1.Go to Dashboard → Settings → Customer Verification.
- 2.Click Cancel SMS add-on.
- 3.Confirm in the dialog.
The add-on will be removed at the end of your current billing period. SMS verification will revert to email OTP (if you have that enabled) or no verification, depending on your settings.
Tip: You can switch between Email OTP and SMS OTP at any time from the verification settings. If you enable SMS OTP but the add-on is not active, customers will fall back to email verification automatically.
