Overview
The Multiple Branches add-on lets you run up to 3 locations from one account. It's available on the Pro plan. See Setting up branches to get started.
Price and billing
- •The add-on is a monthly charge, billed in your plan's currency. The price is shown on Dashboard → Subscription before you add it.
- •It's billed as its own small subscription, charged to the card you pay your plan with. It has its own renewal date and its own invoices.
- •It's monthly even if your plan is billed yearly.
Cancelling
- 1.Go to Dashboard → Subscription.
- 2.On Multiple Branches, click Cancel add-on and confirm.
The add-on stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, then stops — there are no further charges. Changed your mind before then? Click Keep add-on.
What happens to your branches
When the add-on ends — or if your plan moves off Pro — your branches other than the Main branch are paused:
- •They're hidden from your booking page and website, and take no new bookings.
- •Their staff, services, settings and existing bookings are kept. Upcoming bookings stay in your calendar and bookings list, labelled with their branch, so you can still complete or cancel them.
Add Multiple Branches again (or return to Pro) and everything comes back straight away.
If you cancel your BookerBat plan, your add-ons end with it.
