BookerBat supports two ways for customers to pay for their appointments. You can offer one or both depending on how your business operates.
Available on all plans — including Free.
The customer selects Pay in store during booking and pays you directly when they arrive — by cash, card reader, bank transfer, or any method you accept in person. BookerBat records the booking as unpaid until you manually mark it as paid in the booking editor.
Available on Starter and Pro plans.
The customer enters their card details during the booking flow and is charged immediately. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — BookerBat never stores card numbers.
To accept online payments you need to connect your Stripe account. See Setting up Stripe for online payments.
Yes. When both are available, the customer chooses which they prefer at the payment step of the booking flow. You can display your accepted in-store payment methods (cash, EFTPOS, etc.) to help customers know what to bring.
