How to cancel your BookerBat subscription — and what happens to your account and data afterwards.
Last updated September 27, 2026
You can cancel your BookerBat subscription at any time. Cancellation is immediate in the sense that it stops future renewals — but your plan remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Your subscription is now set to cancel at the end of your current billing period. You'll see a message on the Subscription page confirming the cancellation date.
If you're on a yearly plan and cancel partway through the year, your plan remains active until the yearly period ends. Refunds for unused months on yearly plans are not available — see our Refund Policy for details.
If you cancel but then change your mind before the billing period ends, you can reactivate your subscription and no time will be lost. See Reactivating your subscription.
Tip: If you're cancelling because of a specific issue or missing feature, consider reaching out to support first — we may be able to help or let you know if the feature is coming soon.
