Let one team member work at several branches, with different hours at each.
Last updated October 24, 2026
A team member can work at one branch or several. Their name, photo, bio and leave are shared, while their working hours and services are set separately for each branch.
A person can't be in two places at once, so BookerBat won't let you save hours that overlap across branches — for example 9:00–17:00 at City and 12:00–16:00 at Suburb on the same Monday. Hours one after the other (City 9:00–12:00, Suburb 13:00–17:00) are fine. Leave enough time between branches for travel — BookerBat doesn't add travel time for you.
Leave is set once for the person and applies at every branch they work at, so customers can't book them anywhere while they're away.
Untick the branch in their settings. Their past bookings there are kept. This isn't allowed while they still have upcoming bookings at that branch — complete, cancel or reassign those first.
When you link a staff login to a team member (Business settings → Staff Accounts), it links to the person, so they see their bookings at all the branches they work at, with tabs to view one branch at a time. A login that isn't linked to a team member (a receptionist login) sees every branch.
A person who works at several branches counts as one team member.
