What your customers see: choosing a location, your website, booking links and emails.

When you have more than one branch, your booking page first asks customers to choose a location. They then see only that branch's services, team, prices, opening hours and amenities. A Change location link lets them switch.
In Business settings → Your Booking Link, each branch has its own link and QR code. These skip the location step and open the branch directly — handy for a branch's window poster or its Google Business profile. Your main booking link still works and shows the location choice.
Your BookerBat website shows a branch switcher at the top. It opens on your Main branch, and switching updates the address, phone, map, opening hours, amenities, services, prices and team. Your logo, banner, about text and gallery are shared by all branches. The Book buttons take customers straight to the branch they're looking at.
Confirmation emails, reminders and receipts show the branch's name, address, phone and map link, and use the branch's timezone — for example "Your booking at Bella Hair — City".
