Branch services and pricing

Overview

Each service can be offered at some or all of your branches, with its own price and durations at each branch. Its name, description, image and category are shared.

Adding or editing a service

1. 1.Go to Dashboard → Services and click + Add service (or edit a service).
2. 2.Choose which branches offer it.
3. 3.Fill in the shared details (name, description, image, category).
4. 4.Use the branch switcher in the pricing section to set the price and durations for each branch. Copy to all branches saves time when they're the same.
5. 5.Click Save.

Customers only see a branch's services and prices when booking at that branch.

Categories

When adding or editing a category, choose Available at: All branches or Selected branches. A category limited to some branches only shows at those branches. New branches automatically get the "All branches" categories.

Coupons

Coupons work the same way: choose All branches or Selected branches when you create the coupon. A coupon limited to one branch is rejected at the others.

Bookings keep their branch

Every booking belongs to the branch it was made at. To move a booking to a different branch, cancel it and book it again at the other branch.
